Forever Missed
Rest in Peace, Babu
?- 1996 (or thereabouts)

Babu was a black and white abysinnian guinea pig I had for a few years in my late childhood. I always remember she would make these hooting, chirping noises when she saw me, and could come by name. She was the calmest guinea pig I have ever met and the first time I picked her up she began to lick my face like a little dog, which is when I begged to be able to buy her. She died of breast cancer and because I was young and stupid I did not have the vet  "put her down", so she must have suffered. I am sorry, Babu. Rest well.
The above guinea pig isn't Babu but looks a lot like her, so I decided to put it on. I have 2 BLURRY polaroids of Babu which I will try to scan in someday.
