I'm into using clear glass containers. For cups,plates,bowls,jars and display items.
I like being able to see what is inside a container.
And I like the feel of the smooth glass.
------ Scaled Modeling -------
I like to make my models true to scale, shape, and playable for my nephew's.
I build from scratch, mainly using wood and paper, and some plastic and metal.
I model in three diffrent scales:
1.) 1:87scale,0.35cm=1ft.
(HO scale)
2.) 1:18scale,0.66inch=1ft.
(3,3/4inch G.I.Joe doll size)
3.) 1:6 scale,2inchs=1ft.
(12inch G.I.Joe doll size)
And in Hotwheels car size.
--------- Nephews -----------
ages 13,10,8,3,3,1. I have no children, so I let my nephews test(destroy)my scaled models, to see if their playable and built strong enough.
My nephews are good at that.
