| The Wood family moved to the McKinney, Collin Co., TX area around 1883 or so from the Louisville, KY area. I have found census records indicating the names, birthdates, and ages of Dick Wood and his children. That's about as far as I can get. Richard ('Dick' b. 1878 was my GGrandfather). I have not been able to find out much more about where his siblings went from there. One sister was living in Dallas, Tx and another in Purcell Oklahoma at the time of his death in 1963.
