COPPER HARBOR, MICHIGAN (Upper Peninsula)
Extending out into Lake Superior on a narrow spit of land, is the town of Copper Harbor....the most northern part of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
It has a population of about 100. The one-room school house is still used up to the 8th grade. Copper Harbor averages about 250 inches of snow each year.
