DENTMAN INTERVIEWS PAT (AKA PADDY McMAYHEM OF THE DENTS

Dentman: Who are you?
Pat: My name is pat.
Dentman: What did you do?
Pat: I played drums in the dents
Dentman: Who did you become a member of The Dents?
Pat: I guess I became a member the day I offered to play drums. We went and practiced and it ruled. The kid who played drums before was more of a hard rock type guy, which didn�t really fit the dents. (Except we were called something else then) I just beat the fuck out of the drums...
Dentman: What was your favorite moment in the band?
Pat: My favorite moment in the band was probably one of the earlier vertex shows. Everyone in the "scene" got along a lot better back then and it felt great to play for all our friends. 
Dentman: How did you fell about the Dents breaking up?
Pat: Well... I guess I am partially to blame for that because I wanted to spend more time with another band I was in and even though I hate to say it, it seemed like everyone in The Dents were starting to do other things. Pat and Kevin went to college, and Josh lived real far away and didn�t really have a way to get to practice or shows so I felt like it was a logical step to leave the band. It was nothing personal against anyone I still consider myself good friends with Pat and Josh and I hang out with Kevin quite often.
Dentman: Do you have any other bands?
Pat: �Not at the moment. I used to be in �The End� but due to personal problems with one of the other members in particular I made the choice to leave the band. I used to be in the �Violent Bastards� a couple years ago and more recently the �Arch Rivals�.
Dentman: Do you think the Dents will ever get back together?
Pat: I'd definitely be willing to play some shows but realistically I don�t think we could ever be a working band again.
Dentman: Who was the biggest pain in the ass in the band?
Pat: Ha ha ha well I guess id have to say I was! I could be a real bastard sometimes. Other than me probaly Rob. He didn�t get the nickname ''Mr. Lazy'' by accident! (No offense rob)
Dentman: What was your favorite song?
Pat: Hmmm that�s a tough one...I'd have to say "One By One" but I enjoyed them all.
