Here is the sausage dip recipe.

 

1  8oz pkg of cream cheese

1 10oz can of original Rotel - drained

1 1lb pkg of Jimmy Dean hot sausage

 

- cook sausage in a skillet and drain

- melt cream cheese in a separate sauce pan

- add Rotel to cream cheese

- add Rotel and cream cheese mixture to sausage and mix

  well

 

- put in a corningware dish and bake at 325/350 degrees for  about 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly

- serve with nacho chips or crackers

 

I'll usually double the recipe if I take it as an appetizer.

It is easy and good!
