First Round:
River Lakes (9-16-1, #8 seed) defeated Becker/Big Lake (2-21-0, #9 seed) 4-1  2eng.

River Lakes took a 2-0 lead at 6:10 of the third period.  At 11:58, the Stars were whistled for a penalty and Becker/Big Lake decided to pull their goalie to attack 6-on-4 and create some offensive pressure.  The tactic backfired as junior forward Joe Griffin of River Lakes fired in an empty net goal at 12:14; however, senior forward Logan Schuller of the Eagles scored on the power play, at 12:48, to cut the margin back to two goals, 3-1.  Becker/Big Lake pulled their goalie again in the final minute; but, for the second time, River Lakes found the empty net, at 16:58.

For River Lakes, senior forwards Ryan Peterson and Steven Mitchell aong with Griffin and junior forward Jesse Caldwell each had 1 goal.
For Becker/Big Lake, senior forward Logan Schuller had 1 goal.

Quarterfinals:
Moorhead (13-9-3, #1 seed) shutout River Lakes (9-17-1, #8 seed) 8-0.
Moorhead netted two goals in the last minute of the first period to lead 4-0 after one.  Junior goalie Logan Marks of the Spuds collected the shutout.

For Moorhead, junior forward Quinn Buckellew had 2 goals, 1 assist and junoir forward Kyle Kraemer had 3 assists.

Roseau (14-9-3, #2 seed) shutout Monticello/Annandale/Maple Lake (12-14-1, #7 seed) 10-0.
Roseau scored four goals in the first and third periods.  Junior goalie Ethan Kvidt of the Rams notched the shutout.

For Roseau, junior forward Adam Knochenmus had 3 goals, 2 assists, senior forward Trevor George had 4 goals, and senior forward Tyler Landman had 2 goals, 2 assists.

St. Cloud Tech (14-9-3, #3 seed) shutout Northern Lakes (18-5-3, #6 seed) 3-0.
Sophomore forward Matt Hansen of St. Cloud Tech tallied in the final minute of the second period; and the Tigers added two more goals in the third while sophomore goalie Al Patten finished the shutout.

Buffalo (15-11-0, #4 seed) defeated Brainerd (10-16-0, #5 seed) 6-2  2eng.

Buffalo led 2-0 after two periods; however, sophomore forward Josh Archibald tallied twice, midway through the third period, to tie the game, 2-2.  At 11:15, senior forward Luke Marty of the Bison responded with a power play goal; and, senior forward Ryan Cottrell of Buffalo added an insurance tally, at 14:54, to give the Bison a 4-2 advantage.  Brainerd was forced to pull their goalie with less than two minutes remaining; but, the Bison tacked on two empty net goals for the final outcome.

For Buffalo, senior forward Alec Ackmann had 1 goal, 3 assists and Marty had 1 goal, 2 assists.
For Brainerd, Archibald had 2 goals and freshman Matt Pohlkamp has 2 assists.
Goalies:  Buffalo - freshman Blake Schmidt, Brainerd - junior Reid Mimmack.

Semifinals:
Moorhead (14-9-3, #1 seed) shutout Buffalo (15-12-0, #4 seed) 4-0.
Moorhead controlled the play and wore down Buffalo as the game went on.  The Spuds led 2-0 after two periods and added two more tallies in the third while junior goalie Logan Marks logged the shutout.

For Moorhead, junior forward Braden Rahman had 1 goal, 3 assists, junior forward Quinn Buckellew had 1 goal, 1 assist, and senior defenseman Ian Cochran had 2 assists.

Roseau (15-9-3, #2 seed) defeated St. Cloud Tech (14-10-3, #3 seed) 3-2 in overtime.
St. Cloud Tech surprised Roseau with two goals in the first period for a 2-0 margin after one.  The second period was scoreless leaving the Tigers with that two-goal advantage entering the third.  In the third period, junior forward Adam Knochenmus of the Rams scored on a power play, at 5:39, to cut the lead in half.  Later in the period, at 12:13, St. Cloud Tech was whistled for a penalty.  On the ensuing power play, Knochenmus drilled his second man-advantage goal, at 13:27,  to even the game, 2-2.  In overtime, junior forward Cole Kostrzewski of Roseau got the game-winner, at 6:41.

For Roseau, senior forward Tyler Landman had 3 assists, Knochenmus had 2 goals, and senior forward Nick Oliver had 2 assists.
For St. Cloud Tech, sophomore forward Mitch Hall and senior defenseman Jared Maetche had 2 assists.

Final
Moorhead (15-9-3, #1 seed) defeated Roseau (15-10-3, #2 seed) 5-2  eng.
Moorhead scored the first goal of the game only 1:12 into the first period; and, the teams traded tallies after that with the Spuds leading 2-1 after one period and 3-2 after two.  At 3:46 of the third period, senior forward Trent Johnson of Moorhead cut in and took a shot that bounced off the glove of junior goalie Ethan Kvidt of Roseau and trickled into the net to give the Spuds a 4-2 advantage.  The Rams changed goalies at that point; and, the score stayed 4-2 until the final minute of play.  Roseau pulled their goalie; however, Johnson added an empty net tally, at 16:41.

For Moorhead, Johnson had 3 goals and junior forward Braden Rahman and senior defenseman Ian Cochran each had 2 assists.
For Roseau, junior forward Adam Knochenmus and junior forward Cole Kostrzewski each had 1 goal.
Goalies:  Moorhead - junior Logan Marks, Roseau - junior Ethan Kvidt (first two periods and 3:46 of third period) and senior Allen Mekash (in at 3:36 of third period).
