Final: 03/16/2003 BC High and Catholic Memorial were in the Final for the fifth year in a row. BC High won last year (2002) and Catholic Memorial won the previous four years (1998-2001). Catholic Memorial (15-5-3, #2 seed) defeated BC High (22-1-0, #1 seed) 3-2. Catholic Memorial won their tenth Division 1A championship in the past 13 years and fifth in the last six years in upsetting defending champion BC High. The victory broke BC High's 36 game winning streak. Catholic Memorial came from behind with two goals from Ryan Masucci and Vic Pacella to capture the championship.
