St. John's of Shrewsbury (18-1-3, #1 seed) defeated Reading (16-5-3, #8 seed) 5-4.
BC High (15-4-2, #2 seed) defeated Arlington (13-5-3, #7 seed) 2-1.
Billerica (15-2-4, #6 seed) upset Austin Prep (15-3-3, #3 seed) 3-2
in overtime.
Boston Catholic Memorial (14-3-2, #5 seed) defeated Hingham (20-2-1, #4 seed) 3-1.

Austin Prep (16-3-3, #3 seed) defeated Arlington (13-6-3, #7 seed) 4-2.
For Austin Prep, senior forward Chris Caprano had 1 goal, 2 assists.

Boston Catholic Memorial (15-3-2, #5 seed) defeated St. John's of Shrewsbury (18-2-3, #1 seed) 4-3
in overtime.
Defenseman Kyle Sibley of BCM scored the gamewinner at 9:45 of overtime.
BC High (16-4-2, #2 seed) defeated Billerica (15-3-4, #7 seed) 5-2.
BC High built up a 5-0 lead in the third period.  BIllerica added two late third period goals.

Losers Bracket:
Hingham (22-2-1, #4 seed) defeated Billerica (15-4-4, #7 seed) 8-6.
St. John's of Shrewsbury (19-2-3, #1 seed) defeated Austin Prep (16-4-3, #3 seed) 3-2
in overtime.
Freshman defenseman Ryan Ginand scored a wrister in overtime.  Goalies:  St. John's - Dan Gemme, Austin Prep - Jim Sarno.

Winners Bracket:
BC High (17-4-2, #2 seed) defeated Boston Catholic Memorial (15-4-2, #5 seed) 6-2.

Boston Catholic Memorial scored the first goal of the game, but BC High came back to score the next five goals to lead 5-1 early in the second period.  BCM outshot BC High 28-25.  Goalies:  BC High - sophomore Joel Grossman, BCM - junior Ed Nehily and sophomore DJ DelBuono.

Hingham (23-2-1, #4 seed) shutout St. John's of Shrewsbury (19-3-3, #1 seed) 2-0.
Senior goalie John Lynch of Hingham notched the shutout.  Senior Kevin Olson of Hingham scored in the second period.  Andrew Genovese of Hingham put the game away with a goal at 12:02 of the third period.  Goalies:  Hingham - Lynch, St. John's - Matt Gorman.

Boston Catholic Memorial (16-4-2, #5 seed) defeated Hingham (23-3-1, #4 seed) 4-1.
Hingham controlled play in the first period, outshooting BCM 14-4, and took a 1-0 lead after one.  BCM came back to take control in the second period, outshooting Hingham 15-4, and notched two goals for a 2-1 lead after two.  BCM added a goal in the third period plus an empty net marker.  Goalies:  BCM - junior Ed Nehily, Hingham - senior John Lynch.

Final:

BC High (18-4-2, #2 seed) shutout Boston Catholic Memorial (16-5-2, #5 seed) 2-0.
BC High downed four-time defending champion Boston Catholic Memorial.  Boston Catholic Memorial had defeated BC High in the last three Finals.  BC High last won the Super 8 title in 1996.
BC High took a 1-0 lead after one on a power play goal from sophomore Steve Smolinsky midway through the period.  BC High held their 1-0 lead through a scoreless second period.  In the third period, at 9:13, BC High got a two-goal cushion when senior Jordan Virtue lifted in his own rebound for a 2-0 lead.  Goalies:  BC High - junior Travis Luongo, BCM - junior Ed Nehily.



During the regular season:
Boston Catholic Memorial defeated Academy Of Holy Angels 3-2.

Division 1

Final:
Waltham (18-6-1) defeated Springfield Cathedral 3-2
in overtime.
