Red Wing 5 New Prague 3

Red Wing scored a goal in each of the first two periods, then, pulled away with three goals in the third period.  New Prague trailed 5-0 but logged three goals in the final 3:03.

Rochester Century 3 Duluth East 2

Duluth East controlled the game and held a 1-0 lead after one period; however, Rochester Century came back with a pair of tallies in the second period and one in the third to garner a 3-1 advantage.  Junior forward Kyle Lutzka of the Grayhounds notched a goal, at 8:26, of the third period; but, the Panthers held Duluth East off the scoreboard the rest of the way.  Sophomore goalie Cam Sellnow of Rochester Century had a big game with 48 saves.

Roseau 3 Bemidji 0  eng

Roseau dominated the game outshooting Bemidji 37-9 in the first two periods; however, the only goal came from junior forward Adam Knochenmus of the Rams midway through the second period.  In the third period, Roseau added an insurance tally, at 10:00, and an empty net goal.  Junior goalie Ethan Kvidt posted the shutout

Virginia/Mountain Iron-Buhl 5 International Falls 2

International Falls carried the play in the first two periods; however, the teams were tied, 2-2, after two.  Virginia/Mountain Iron-Buhl took over in the third period.  Senior forward Chris Westin of the Blue Devils scored only :34 into the period which was the first of three goals for Virginia/Mountain Iron-Buhl.

For Virginia/Mountain Iron-Buhl, junior forward Andrew Judnick had 3 goals, Westin had 1 goal, 2 assists, and sophomore forward Garrett Hendrickson had 3 assists.
