Senior forward Danny Mattson of Academy Of Holy Angels scored two goals in the second period to give the Stars a 3-2 lead after two.  Mount St. Charles carried the play in the third period; however, the Stars held on until Mattson fired in an empty net goal, at 16:30.

Edina 2 Eden Prairie 1  OT

This game was even all the way.
Edina took a 1-0 lead at the end of the first period when senior forward Anders Lee scored, at 16:58. Eden Prairie scored the lone goal of the second period, from sophomore forward Kyle Rau, on a power play, at 7:28, knotting the game, 1-1, after two.  In the third period, there were no penalties and Edina outshot the Eagles, 9-8, but neither team could score.  In overtime, the Hornets outshot Eden Prairie 4-1; and, at 4:06, senior forward Connor Gaarder, at the left crease, knocked in a pass from Lee for the game-winner.
Edina outshot Eden Prairie 23-20.
For Edina, Lee and Gaarder each had 1 goal, 1 assist.
For Eden Prairie, Rau had 1 goal.
Goalies:  Edina - sophomore Connor Girard, Eden Prairie - sopohomore Andrew Ford.

Greenway 5 International Falls 4  OT

International Falls dominated the game at Greenway; however, Greenway led 4-3 after two periods.  In the third period, the Broncos outshot Greenway 14-2; but, the Raiders held on to their one-goal margin through most of the period.  At 14:54, senior forward Jake Ruelle of International Falls finally notched the tying goal.  In overtime, Greenway ended it soon when senior forward Matt Estey tallied at 0:52.
International Falls outshot Greenway 46-15.
For Greenway, junior forward Adam Mendoza had 2 goals, 2 assists and Estey had 3 goals.
For International Falls, Ruelle had 2 goals.
Goalies:  Greenway - freshman Erikur Arnason, International Falls - junior Mike Hart (first half of the game) and sophomore Glenn Walls (last half of the game).

Mound-Westonka 4 Orono 3

Mound-Westonka opened up the third period with a power play goal that gave the White Hawks a
4-1 bulge.  Orono responded with tallies at 6:20 and 14:50 to cut the margin to 4-3; but, Mound-Westonka held off the Spartans in the final two minutes.
For Mound-Westonka, senior forward Riley Horgan had 2 goals, 2 assists.
For Orono, senior defenseman Reese Walker had 2 goals and senior forward Ben Persian had 2 assists.
Goalies:  Mound-Westonka - senior Dan Swanson, Orono - senior John Gabos.
