Benilde-St. Margaret's 4 Minnetonka 3

Benilde-St. Margaret's led 3-2 after two periods.  In the third period, Minnetonka tied the game, 3-3, on a goal from freshman forward Eric Baskin, at 9:22.  Two minutes later, the Red Knights retook a one-goal advantage when junior forward Will Nelson scored, at 11:22.  Benilde-St. Margaret's held the Skippers the rest of the way.

HIll-Murray scored early in the first period while Tartan netted their goal at 4:34 of the second period.  The Pioneers had suspended four players on Friday, due to rules violations.
Shots were even 36-36.
For Hill-Murray, senior forward Jeff Westerhaus had 1 goal.
For Tartan, senior forward Ben Lovick had 1 goal.
Goalies:  Hill-Murray - sophomore Tim Shaughnessy, Tartan - junior Alex Gierke.

St. Cloud Cathedral 1 Orono 0  OT

The first two periods were even; however, St. Cloud Cathedral carried the play in the third period, outshooting Orono 14-6.  Even still, there was no scoring in regulation.  In overtime, the extra pressure from the Crusaders paid off when junior defenseman Nate Schmidt fired in the game-winner at 5:46.  Junior goalie Nick Maiers notched the shutout.
St. Cloud Cathedral outshot Orono 32-20.
For St. Cloud Cathedral, Schmidt had 1 goal.

Wayzata 1 Moorhead 0
8-3-1         5-5-1
The lone goal came from junior defenseman Lucas Whelan of Minnetonka at 3:57 of the second period.  Moorhead outshot the Trojans 9-4 in the third period; however, senior goalie Ty Simcoe held the Spuds off the scoreboard to collect the shutout.
Wayzata outshot Moorhead 23-22.
