Centennial 4 Elk River/Zimmerman 1

The game was even through two periods with Elk River/Zimmerman holding a 1-0 advantage after a goal in the second period.  Centennial broke out with four goals in the third period while dominating the action.  Senior foward Willie Hess of the Cougars tallied goals at 6:35 and 8:59 to put Centennial on top for good, at 2-1.

For Centennial, Hess and junior forward Zach Brickner each had 2 goals.
For Elk River/Zimerman, sophomore forward Robby Pullar had 1 goal.

Eden Prairie 3 Burnsville 1

The teams traded goals in the first period; however, Eden Prairie notched two goals in :14 early in the second period to take control with a 3-1 lead.  The third period was even and scoreless.
Eden Prairie outshot Burnsville 39-24.
For Eden Prairie, senior foward Joe McQuillan, junior foward Mitch Rogge, and sophomore forward David Rath each had 1 goal.
For Burnsville, senior forward Dylan Kes had 1 goal.

Maple Grove 2 Andover 1

Maple Grove carried the play in the first two periods as senior forward Isaac Sinz scored in the first period and senior foward Josh Gross added a tally in the second.  In the third period, junior forward Cal Decowski of Andover chalked up a shorthanded goal, at 1:40; but, the Crimson held off the Huskies the rest of the way.
Maple Grove outshot Andover 26-18.
For Maple Grove, Sinz and Gross each had 1 goal.
For Andover, Decowski had 1 goal.

Minnetonka 4 Eastview 0

Junior forwards Tommy Lundquist and Max Gardiner of Minnetonka scored a goal in each of the first two periods; and, senior foward Sam Coatta put the game away with a tally at 11:13 of the third period. Junior goalie Jim Krueger of the Skippers logged the shutout.
Minnetonka outshot Eastview 46-10.
For Minnetonka, Lundquist had 1 goal, 1 assist and junior forward Jake Thornberg had 2 assists.
Goalie:  MInnetonka - Kruger, Eastview - junior Ryan O'Shea.

St. Thomas Academy 5 Hill-Murray 2

Junior forward Christian Isackson of St. Thomas Academy logged two goals in the first period and sophomore forward Zach Schroeder and junior forward Justin Crandall scored in the second period to give the Cadets a 4-1 edge after two.  Junior forward Noah Gavin of St. Thomas Academy opened up the third period with a tally at 0:45.  Hill-Murray tried to come back in the final period, outshooting the Cadets 13-4; but, the Pioneers could only come up with one goal.
Hill-Murray outshot St. Thomas Academy 30-23.
For St. Thomas Academy, Isackson had 2 goals, 1 assist.
For Hill-Murray, senior forward Tyler Zepeda had 2 goals.
Goalies:  St. Thomas Academy - junior Kurt Altrichter, Hill-Murray - sophomore Tim Shaughnessy.
