Edina scored seven goals in the first period to lead 7-3 after one.  Edina outshot Buffalo 45-14.  For Edina, senior forward Anders Lee has 2 goals, 4 assists, senior forwards Marshall Everson and Connor Gaarder each had 2 goals, 1 assist, and sophomore forward Michael Sit had 1 goal, 2 assists.  For Buffalo, senior defenseman Cole Meyer had 2 assists.

Wayzata tied the game, 2-2, with a goal from junior forward Seth Barnes at 4:00 of the third period.  Wayzata outshot Maple Grove 34-21.  For Maple Grove, senior forward Tommy Malone had 2 goals.  For Wayzata, Barnes had 1 goal, 1 assist.

Woodbury Tournament

St. Paul Como Park led 3-2 after one period; however, Tartan tallied three goals in each of the final two periods.  For the Titans, junior forward Jake McKee had 2 goals, 2 assists and junior forward Carl Krieger had 1 goal, 2 assists.

Irondale knotted the game, 2-2, when junior forward Jack Healy scored at 16:45 of the third period.  Irondale outshot Cambridge-Isanti 42-29.  For the Knights, Healy had 2 goals.  For Cambridge-Isanti, junior defenseman Jerid Adamson had 2 assists.

Spring Lake Park 6 Fort Frances ONT 5  OT

Fort Frances came back with three goals in the final 2:13 of the third period to tie the game, 5-5; however, Spring Lake Park got the gamewinner from senior forward Vince Rolstad on a power play at 4:43 of overtime.  For the Panthers, Rolstad and junior defenseman Chris Benson each had 2 goals.
