Walleye, cut into small pieces

Directions

Peel potatoes, cut in half, put in large pot. Put in just enough water to cook them, don't cover. Cook potatoes until 2/3 done, remove half the potatoes, and mash the rest in the water. Cut up the remaining potatoes. In a large frying pan, put fish, butter, celery, onion, leek and seasoning. Cook over medium heat until veggies are tender. Combine all ingredients from frying pan, mashed potatoes, cut up potatoes in a large stockpot. Add 1 quart of half-n-half. Add other quart of half-n-half to reach the consistency you prefer. Simmer for 15 minutes. Do NOT boil. Sample to see if you need more salt and pepper. Serve with Premium Saltines and fresh deep-fried walleye and PIG OUT!
