南斗六聖拳、義星の男。華麗なる南斗水鳥拳伝承者。両親を殺し妹アイリを連れ去った、胸に７つの傷を持つ男への怒りから荒野の餓狼と化す。
The man of the Justice Star, of the Six Holy Fists of the Nanto.  He became the successor of the magnificent Fist of the Nanto Swan.  His parents killed and his younger sister Airi kidnapped, Rei became a wild lone-wolf because of the man with the seven scars on his chest.
