A "Gento Kou Ken" practitioner, associated with the color red. He had let Kenshirou and Yuria live in his village after Kenshirou saved it from bandits. Shouki tried to kill Jakou, but was stopped by Falco for fear of harming the Tentei. He was killed for the attempt by Jakou's son Shiino.
