The master of "Taizan Tenrō Ken" (Taishan Heavens-Wolf Fist).  Neither Hokuto or Nanto, Tenrō-sei is a solitary star known as Sirius, the Lone Wolf.  Taizan Tenrō Ken is able to "scoop" out chunks of flesh from enemies; their last seconds of life are filled with a chilling coldness.  Ryūga is the older brother of Yulia.  Ryūga disliked the chaos and anarchy of the post-nuclear holocaust age.  He joined Raō believing that the Fist King's iron fist would bring order to the world.  The Tenrō star was destined to help the Hokuto.  Ryūga destroyed those opposed to Raō's regime and set out to fight Kenshirō.  There being two strong Hokuto fighters, Ryūga had to find out which was the strongest.  Ryūga attacked Toki first to draw out Ken.  But Ryūga's mind was beginning to change.  He slit his own belly before fighting Kenshirō.  He died believing that Kenshirō would rightfully defeat Raō.
