北斗琉拳

The Hokuto Ryuu Ken master.  Many years earlier, Juukei had gone mad from the evil of Hokuto Ryuu Ken.  He killed his family and tried to kill Ryuuken.  But Ryuuken was able to save him.  Years later he reluctantly taught Shachi some of the Hokuto Ryuu Ken techniques.  He was a part of Leia's resistance.  He is killed by Hyou after failing to undo the evil of the Hokuto Ryuu Ken.
