北斗琉拳
The second "Hokuto Ryuu Ken" Rashou, Hyou is the true older brother of Kenshirou. Consumed by the sadness of the seperation of he and his brother, Juukei erased his memory of Kenshirou, believing this made him weak. He bears an "X" on his forehead from this memory loss. Hyou was in love with Kaiou's younger sister, Sayaka. Kaiou killed her and blamed her death on Kenshirou. Hyou set out to kill Ken, but stopped when his memories returned. Hyou died with Kaiou.
