Master of "Nanto Muon Ken" (South Dipper Silent Fist). He was
leader of the Red Berets, the most deadly of all soldiers. These
soldiers survived the nuclear war and believed they were chosen by God.
The Colonel possesses psychic powers. He commands the GOLAN army
which strives to create "GODLAND", a land of provident soldiers.
Kenshirou killed him with "Hokuto Kaikotsu Ken"
