Karl told me the remote-controlled opening of the doors seen on the TV show used an actual cut-away stage car for some of these scenes.. Black Beauty's doors have a very solid feel. Passing through these doors is like passing into another world, or entering a time machine. A Black Beauty secret: the electric doors will not work with the battery disconnected or dead, in these situations you need to open the doors by flipping the handles on the inside. |
