DSA designed a 3 storey extension to an existing Georgian terrace on a prime site in Highgate Village. The circular sweep of the new extension was designed to trun the corner between Ponds Square and the HIgh Street. DSA successfuly negotiated with a very hesitant Planning Authority and active Residents Association.
Marketing Suite and Auditorium
Wates House City of London
DSA designed the marketing suite for the sale of floorspace of the new proposed office space in Brittanic House adjacent to Moorgate Station. Fibre optic lighting and holographs were the high point of the design which included a small auditorium.
Retail Premises
Book Art, Bloomsbury London
DSA completed renovated this delightful Georgian shop behind St Pancras Church in central London as a bookshop and gallery. Floorboards were stripped down and stained with white pigment to make the space light and airy. The bow fronted window was gilt edged with gold leaf lettering giving a quaint feel to this small but precious premises. |
