Obern Bikepath looks OK for 2 hours in the late evening, BUT
It is the #1 Ugly Local Santa Barbara County Site in all daylight hours.
If you agree and desire to tell the SB County Government to fix this site to what the California Coastal Commission considers, environmentally friendly, just ask for a petition.
Just because the Si-cells and monster Lead Acid batteries to provide 2 hours of evening light for bikers without headlights, does not make this environmentally friendly. Just ask CCC.
Why can they not make an environmentally friendly approach ?
Because, the County was not willing to ask the local neighborhood. Is good govennment a policy of hiding what is planned until just after the project is completed ? |
