| If you are familiar with the Venture of Newport boat, it is immediately visible what is missing here. If you are not, then what you should be seeing is the port side trailboar (a carved piece of wood lieing just under the gunhale at the bow) and the bowsprint. You can just see the lines of dirt where the trailboard should be. | ||||||||||||||||||||

| I made this picture a little larger to better show the crazing of the plexiglass in the port lights. I don't know what caused this but it means that all the plexi in the port lights must be replaced. For me replacing the plexi is a better choice because the port light frames are in relly good shape and they have some excellent detail work on them as you can see. | ||||||||||||||||||||
