| Will try to clone a RCA 621TS TV. Got measurements from others that have 621s. After I won a real 621 from ebay I found differences in the cabinets. 1) I made cabinet 1/2 inch deeper, for shafts on clone chassis 3/4 inch longer. Cant put a back on cabinet, part of chassis sticks out 1/4 inch. 2) I had used a 2 inch curve front to top, it is smaller on real 621, this makes top piece of wood different. 3) Instead of bending plywood for the curve I used a premade curve and they only are 2 inches and larger. None as small as real 621. Even though I now have a real 621 I will finish the clones I have started First page after this is clone page, 2nd will be restroation of real 621 |

| List of possible chassis to use in clone TVs or if you have a cabinet but no chassis. There are 2 basic types, one that looks like the RCA 721 and one like the RCA 730. The 730 type takes lots of mods to be used, 721 type needs less mods. Some chassis very different with sound taken off from video not tuner, These came from a TELEVISION TUBE LOCATION GUIDE.
