Tournament DATE:   Sat/Sun ~ September 25th & 26th  ~  2004

Entry Deadline: Monday,  September 20th

$70 team fee includes: all Court Fees, Saturday night dinner, various refreshments, bottled water, soda, tournament t-shirts, tennis balls, and the chance to win some great prizes.

** For extra guests/family members NOT playing tennis, dinner charge: $20/pp.

FORMAT OF PLAY: Compass draw format. All teams will play 2 to 3 matches on Saturday, and 1 possibly 2 matches on Sunday. Please be considerate of other teams and play your scheduled matches, win or lose.  Some sets will be 10 game pro sets in the first round.   

Payment and Name of Team Players must be received by Monday, September 20th.  T-shirts are not guaranteed to TEAMS who sign up & pay after that date.  Please also indicate each players approximate level of play (A+ (4.5), A- (3.5-4.0), B (3.0), or B/C level).  Also, note any other important ranking information that we should be aware of for seeding purposes.

** No partner ? ,  no problem.  Sign-up, and pay only your $35 fee and we will match you up with a good partner **
