32.  HARLEY "ARLEY"⁷ ADAMS  (WILLIAM "BILL"⁶, JESSE THOMAS⁵, BRIANT (BRYAN)⁴, HENRY³, JESSE², HENRY¹) was born February 02, 1907 in Doniphan, Ripley Co, MO, and died January 15, 1937 in ,St. Louis, MO.  He married LOIS WILHOIT November 27, 1926 in St. Louis, MO.  She was born 1910.  

Notes for HARLEY "ARLEY" ADAMS:  Information as recalled by Julia ADAMS [also letter from widow & obit.] ..married about a week after VC/Julia; adopted Cookie, then had Judy; about 3 months later Harley got rare disease [of blood or bone]; died @ St.Louis Co. Hsp. Harley was the first of the children to die and parents/sibling later brought to St Louis to be buried at Oak Grove Cemetery with him. ..Lois later married Ralph LABITZKE & they had a son. Ralph died [1950s?];

Lois & Judy now @ 987 Shirley Dr, Picayune, MS 39466.

Harley & his cousin, V.C. ADAMS, were very close buddies.  Both went to St Louis to work at or near the same time. Dad often recalled Harley's last illness - how he wasted away and nothing could be done for him. Ironically, V.C. died of a similar disease nearly four decades later.
