21.  BEA ELLA "ELLER"⁵ TRAMMEL  (FRANCIS MARION⁴, WILLIAM³, FRANCIS M.², THOMAS¹) was born April 02, 1880 in Ballard Co, KY, and died 1953 in ,MO?.  She married (1) JOSEPH LEWIS.  She married (2) GEORGE MACHRATH.   

Notes for BEA ELLA "ELLER" TRAMMEL:  "Aunt Eller" & her husband owned the Mill Creek farm we lived on when I was born.  From identifications on back of a ca.1910 picture, I assume her first husband was Jim LEWIS.  She later married a McELRATH who died during the 30s [probably George who is buried @ Mizell Cem?]. Her last marriage was to an AINLEY [sp?].        

Child of BEA TRAMMEL and JOSEPH LEWIS is:

                   i.       NORA⁶ LEWIS.  

Notes for NORA LEWIS:

We rented the place where I was born from "Aunt Eller" and when the doctor failed to show up she assisted with my entry into the world.  The last time I recall visiting her was while still in grade school.  She was a widow and was very actively managing as hired hands cut the hay.  Dinner impressed this young kid.  I had been taught to eat or drink everything put before me.  The cows had eaten some dog finnel and I kept gulping my milk down right away to get that taste out of the way so I could enjoy everything else.  She kept refilling my glass thinking I had a hollow gut and I was too shy to say "enough".  I lost track of her later.

     Note that Beela was listed on the 1880C in the Francis "Tramble" household with Rosina , Leona, Bascom Adams and Jane Adams leading to my conclusion that Francis was the father of her & Leana but a slight discrepancy in father's birth place (KY vs TN) and intervening Hampton marriage before family photographed together leaves room for a slight doubt.
