Deepchild.

Hymns From Babylon. 2000.

Been hunting this one for ages. One of the missing pieces of the Sydney electronic puzzle. Once I played a bootleg of this to someone and they thought it'd make really awesome computer game music. I mean, yes, it can fill that role nicely, but thats grossly underselling the talent of Sydney's booty dub maker. This record had a vision and broke some ground for the quality of locally produced beats, and could perhaps be viewed as ahead of the times in terms of the current underground fixation with all things dubstep. Deepchild was experimenting with a new dub aesthetic when no one else was doing it.
