Australia Bound
We have been to Australia 3 times on holiday and loved it. We love England too but for entirely different reasons and possibly because until now it has been home and the only place we have been able to call home. We want to try something different, and yes, the critics might say the grass is never greener but we want to give it a go. What's the worst that can happen, we have to or want to come back, at least we will know that we tried it and it wasn't for us.
We're doing it now while children are at the age where it doesn't affect them too much, either personally or with school work. We feel they are young enough to make new friends much easier now than when we they are older.
Contrary to what some people may think or believe, this move has absolutely nothing to do with Denise's family being in Oz, although admittedly, them having made the move some 12 years ago has made holidays easier and hence enabled us to experience the country as a family and therefore make an informed decision.
Perth because of the places we have seen and what we have read about, we have decided that Perth has the most to offer us as a family and the way of life that we desire. That could all change in time and we may yet move again!...who knows.
This website is so that our friends and family can learn more about our 'journey' and we can sell all the stuff we don't want to take.
