| 1st May - An offer on the house, its been on the market less than a week and we have an offer already. It's a fairly strong offer although not asking price, but they aren't ready to proceed yet so we have turned it down. Loads more viewings planned for this week though. |
| 7th May - Another offer on the house, a bit less than the last one but these people are ready to move having already sold their house and with a completion date already set. We are going to take this one to save us having to wait. Yippee another thing off the list. |
| 11th May - David has started selling the contents of the house from beneath our feet. Today he sold Georgina's TV from her bedroom (she's not pleased!!) Bless her. Next on his hitlist if the large TV from the lounge !!! Kids had their injections for Mauritius today, I think they'll forgive us when they see how beautiful Mauritius is. |
