| 15th Jan- X-rays and PSS coming to give quote for removals. Feel like we are finally getting sorted with paperwork. Just x-rays, medicals and PCC checks to be done and sent. Dog is kind of sorted, she will fly out before us and contents of house do. |
| 22nd Jan - Medicals. Secretly I'm dreading these, but guess that if I am seriously ill I would have symptoms so he can't tell me anything I don't already know. David and kids are excited, although kids are confused about having to pee in a pot. |
| 19th Jan - Yippee PCC checks arrived today. We weren't expecting them for at least 3 weeks. Dogs import certificate payment had to be paid too. Feel like we are constantly spending money at the moment and have nothing to show for it. you certainly don't go through this without thinking hard about it. |
| 24th Jan - Medicals were absolutely fine. Kids managed to pee in the pot and we're all fit and healthy, or rather as well as can be expected. David can't believe my blood pressure is lower than his, but as I say thats because I'm such a chilled, laid back, kind of person. Hopefully visa will be with us in about 4 weeks. Fingers crossed. |
| 30th Jan- Almost the end of January so another month gone. The meds are now in Oz for the Australian postal service to deliver. Let's hope that is the end of it and we get our visa by end of February. We're planning a weekend in London to get our visas and take kids to see some sights. |
