| 3rd Feb - David has gone to Cornwall to tell his mum and dad. This is probably the hardest thing of all of this and we know it won't go down very well. I just hope they take the opportunity to listen to what he has to say, and wish us well even if they don't agree with our choice. |
| 14th Feb - We got confirmation from the processing centre that our medicals have been received, not bad since they were sent on 29th Jan (!!). We were beginning to panic. Theoretically, that is it now. We should have our visa in the next 4 weeks or so. Then we are going to London for the weekend to get those magical stamps and show the kids some sights. |
| 27th Feb - The waiting is killing me. I've even got to a stage where I'm leaving the computer on all night so that if the email does come through I can see it first thing. Another month gone, wonder how many to go. Not that it really matters, it still doesn't change when we are actually going but it would be nice to be able to confirm that we are and book things. |
