Well my name is Ian, l am 31 years of age.  I was at school in Saint Mary's College in Rathmines, Dublin for about 10 years.  A hard grafter is what I was!  I had a single mindedness.  I was a year too young for my class, even so I came in a top ten placing in my class at school.  The fact that I was young for the year meant I could play rugby with the year behind me.  And I won a Leinster Schools Cup Winner's Medal in 4th year - 15 medals were given out that year!

I made it this far!
Hello to you all!
My New Zealand Holiday 2005
In University College Dublin I studied Chemical Engineering, the hardest course in college!  I still have some good friends I made there but when I say we worked 9 to 5 and 7 till 11 o'clock at night - I kid you not!  I recieved some good grades in first and second year.  I got First Class Honours each year.  I was what you might call a successful guy and people thought I was going places and so did I.  You might also think I have a good turn of phrase but you should hear me talk!  As a result of the brain haemorrhage my speech centre received some damage and my flow of speech is often interrupted when I get stuck for words.  Often I can think it but can't say it.  Sometimes this is embarrassing I get stuck for words, it's a bummer.  People can judge you wrongly.
Eight years later I am working in Allied Irish Bank in Dublin and living in a nice apartment in Rathfarnham across the road from the village.  It is handy spot to meet my friends for a drink, and it makes it easy for me to get into work.

Thankfully I have a nice Skoda Fabia which ferries me around from place to place, and allows me to get around Dublin easily.

In my free time, I enjoy supporting St Mary's College in the AIL and Leinster in the Heineken Cup.  I also love going to the cinema from time to time, so if there is anything good on let me know.
If you don't know already, I have 2 younger sisters and a younger brother.  One of my sisters, Susan, has got  married in Dec 2005 which was  a great occasion which we  all enjoyed.
