I admit it's not the best picture ever, but I was
just so proud of it I had it enlarged for display!
The pond is well hidden in the deepest, darkest wilderness of Canada (about 52 km North-East of Toronto). You can drive most of the way,
but then you must hike 3.4 km through dense underbrush, over mountains taller than a single-storey bungalow, and across a river that comes up
well past your ankles.
(If you are travelling from Ottawa, just take 'Greyhound #17 Local' and ask to be let off at Bigby.)
