Hi Sergio,
Got your tape a couple of days ago. What can I say ? I know you said you were a tribute band to that era, but to be honest, I closed my eyes and I was back in '79. You could have been one of those kickass bands that emmerged during that amazing period. If I didm't know it was by a group of young Brazilians, I'd swear it was a band from back then. Well done guys ! You really captured that raw "live in the studio" sound that epitomised most of the NWOBHM bands.
I can only wish you well for the future, and hope that through your endevours, others will come to appreciate the many unknown and unsung heroes of the past. I just hope that one or two Gaskin tunes may come to the ears of an unsuspecting public while you're at it !!
