Here are the results for the Women's division of the seventh annual
Dendermonde 10s, held on June 10-11 in Dendermonde, Belgium.
The Edinburgh Academicals emerged as the repeat winners of the women's Cup
Division of the tournament for the third year in a row.

SATURDAY ROUND ROBINS:
The two day tournament began with two round robins of four teams each that
led to the seeding of a Cup and Plate semifinals on Sunday. Saturday results
for the Cup Divison finalists were as follows:

SEMI-FINALS
Edinburgh (5) Oxford (0)
In a rematch of last year's tournament final, Edinburgh and Oxford battled
it out in one of the semi-finals. In a match with quite a few injuries
sustained by both teams, Edinburgh emerged once again victorious agains the
Oxford Blues.
Denial (10) Tilburg (0)
As Tilburg had beaten reigning tournament champions Edinburgh during round
robin play on Saturday, the Denial team entered the match a bit
apprehensive. However, a try was quickly made in the first half and the
Denial defense proved unbeatable.
NOTE: Both Norway and Switzerland were supposed to have National teams
entered in the tournament, but neither country managed to field a side (the
Euro 2000 Soccer Tournament drove European airfares through the roof).
