HOUSE RULES

ABILITY SCORES: We will be using the Point Buy system from the DMG page 169. Characters will start with 38 points.

ALIGNMENT: Characters may be any Good or Good-leaning Neutral alignment.

BONUS FEAT: All characters begin with one bonus feat from their region of origin.

CLASSES ALLOWED: Any from official WotC 3.5 basic rule books or WotC 3.5 Forgotten Realms supplements.

FEATS ALLOWED: Any from official WotC 3.5 basic rule books or WotC 3.5 Forgotten Realms supplements.

FLAWS & TRAITS: We are using an expanded list of flaws and Traits that may be found here.

FLOURISH AWARD: Mark will award a Flourish Award for excellent roleplay, clever ideas, and helping to propel the story forward. Players may also nominate another player for an Flourish Award. These Flourish Awards may be used at any time for an immediate reroll of any d20 affecting the character.

GODS: Atheism and agnosticism doesn't exist in Faerun since the Gods have walked amongst mortals numerous times. All characters must worship a Faerun God.

HIT POINTS: Advancing characters get the best of two rolls for hit points.

LEVEL ADVANCEMENT: Advancement will be tracked by Mark. Players will be informed when they have advanced a level. Mark will track XPs used for spells and item creation.

PRESTIGE CLASSES ALLOWED: Any from official WotC 3.5 basic rule books or WotC 3.5 Forgotten Realms supplements.

PSIONICS: Do you even have to ask?

RACES: Those detailed in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting and Races of Faerun.

SETTING: This campaign will take place in Faerun (aka Forgotten Realms). Characters in the Prologue may be from anywhere near Shadowdale. Characters in the main story must be from Dagger Falls or the nearby area.

STARTING LEVEL: All new characters will begin the campaign at the level of the lowest level character.

STARTING HIT POINTS: Maximum for class.

STARTING WEALTH: First level characters will start with the wealth per PHB Page 111, Table 7-1, in addition to the bonus equipment in the Player's Guide to Faerun pages 11-16, and the Standard adventurer's kit (PHBII Page 216, table A-6). Higher level new characters will start with PC Wealth from PHBII page 215, table A-4. All equipment subject to approval by Mark.

All official WotC DND 3.5E Game Resource books and all official WotC Forgotten Realms are allowed for reference in the campaign. Books for other official WotC Campaigns are not allowed.
