Gaspesia is a peninsula located in the eastern part of the Province of Quebec which is comparable, in size, with Belgium.

Gaspesians derive their livelihood from tourism, forestry, fishing and agriculture.

I temporarily left my native Gaspe region  in order to study in Thetford-Mines and Quebec city (Laval University) but I came back here to teach which I did for more than 30 years.
