Dena is currently a senoior at Barnard College University in the City of New York. She is a psychology major with minors in both history and environmental science and will be receiving her BA in May. She is very active in the Barnard community and serves as Community Affairs Representative on Student Government Association, a Resident Assistant for the First-Year Focus program, and President of the Barnard-Columbia Chorus. She is currently chair of both the Iron Chef Committee and the Spirit Day Committee and serves on the Community Development Tripartite. Dena�s other interests include theatre, dance, film, reading, politics, and ecology. She is in the process of aligning herself with a non-for-profit organization, the Population Connection, which is committed to inhibiting population growth and conserving natural resources. Her future plans include traveling cross country in June, working at Camp Emerson in the summer, and moving to Paris, France in September.
