Process
Koinonia Network -Web Page Design gathers the capacity to build your web site
according to your needs. Skilled craftspeople averaging over years of experience
with firms around, apply skills in graphic design, illustration, photography,
and programming to web site creation.
A complete basic site costs from $850-$2,500. it depends on your needs. A
basic web site includes:

Main page and up to 20 pages ($35-additional pages)

10-15 graphics ( $10 additional graphics)

Domain name registration ($70.00 for 2 years $25.00 after)

Maintenance costs ($120.00 a year)

Registration with primary search engines

free thumb nail blow-up ($30.00 over 10 for the basic
package)
This breaks down to $466.93 for design, programming, and
coding for search engines, $63.07 for server connection (the computer that will
house your site), and 70.00 for domain name registration (covers 2 years, $25.00
a year after that.)
1) The maintenance cost is $120.00 per Year. This fee
includes monthly server costs plus revisions, additions and deletions to your
site on a monthly bases for up to an hour of labor per month. The alternative is
that you pay $30.00 every 4 months and get up to four hours of changes in
a year. This $30.00 also includes monthly server costs.
2) This package includes registration with the primary search engines at no
additional cost. We construct your site to be "found" by those
search engines and make revisions in your site's coding to be continually found
by those search engines as part of the maintenance program. See

3) This basic package comes with an introductory or splash page plus 10-15
graphics divided into a maximum of four categories. This included in the basic
web site. ($850.00) If we can get your copy or text electronically, there is no
charge for text. Additional graphic costs are $10 for each image image
over 15 in the basic package, $30.00 for each thumb nail blow-up
over 7 for the basic package.
4) You will be charged 50 % up front and billed the rest %50 when your
site is up and running to your satisfaction for the initial design and
programming cost and the first three month's maintenance. We ask for the server
connection fee of 63.07 up front at the point that you hire us to design your
site. We hook you up to the primary search engines upon receiving payment for
design and programming. For those that want more complicated sites over
$2,500.00, payment is 1/2 at the beginning, and 1/2 upon completion as well.
5) We estimate your site will be ready 2-6 weeks after we receive graphics
and copy. We like to drop our company logo at the bottom of your first page
as a link to our own page. We create your site to be operational in all

6) Sites with shopping carts are more expensive than our basic package.
Server connection costs are $450.00 instead of $63.07. There is an additional
cost of $1,650.00 for programming set-up, with a $3.00 per sku fee. The monthly
maintenance charge increases from $120.00 a month to $200.00 a year. The
complete basic 20 image shopping cart site costs $3,600.00.
In conclusion, a basic five page site which includes government registration,
server connection, design, programming, and coding for search engines costs
$600.00. This includes an introductory or splash page plus four additional pages
with twenty graphics. Up front you pay $63.00 for server connection. You pay the
balance to us when you site is up and looking and behaving to your satisfaction,
at which point we hook you up to 10 search engines. A complete 20 image shopping
carts site costs $1036.00.
