| Bought this Jeep 03-19-05 for $1000. I saw it sitting in the neighborhood a year and a half ago and it never moved till one day the county put a tag on its windshield. The next day it moved to their driveway. I vowed to find out if it were for sale and on the 19th I saw the owner planting flowers and I asked about it. She said that it started to drive rough and it died and that she wanted to get it running but was tired of looking at it. She stated a price of $1000 and I had no intention of arguing about that. I paid for it and brought it home. After a $138 brand new carb from Auto Zone it is up and running. It is great shape inside and out. Brand new top and seats and a working A/C. More to come. |
