| Name: Keiko Ukimura Age: 14 (at the beginning) Role: Keiko is Yusuke's best friend and only freind at the beginning of the series. She goes to the same school as Yusuke and is at the top of the class. Everyone that she meets she is easily freinds with. |

| Soon after Yusuke's death Keiko is visited by his spirit while she was asleep. It was then, when she was most intuned into the spirit world, that Yusuke told her to save his body from being destroyed. |
| AA couple of episodes later Yusuke's house was set on fire. Compelled to save her friends life Keiko risks her own life to save Yusuke. Thus burning her hair and saving Yusukes body. |
