The Amazon, a group of women warriors that come from a group of islands in the Twin Seas.  The Amazons are very well trained in the hand to hand style of combat, the extensive jungles from which they come have skilled them greatly with a bow or other missile weapons such as a javalin.  Rumor has it that the only rival the Amazon people have with the bow are the Rouges known as the Sisters of the Sightless Eye.

My personal take on the amazons are that they are extreamlly good fighters and while they don't have the best choice of magical abillities their weapon skills are fun to play with anyways.  Depending on what kind of fighter you want your amazon to be you should plan ahead from the beginning so you can choose your skills accordingly.  if she is going to be a bow fighter then pick the bow skills but always put a few into spear skills and vice versa just in case.  Skills to develop no matter what kind of fighter you have:  impale,  decoy, avoid, evade, pierce, valkyrie, multiple shot.
