| Travis was born on the 14th of November 1975 in San Diego Calafornia. He is 25 and started drumming at the age of four. He is currently the drummer for blink 182 and is doing a side project with a band called Box Car Racer. Blink 182 were set up in 1990 With Tom on guitar and vocals, Mark on bass and voclas and Scott on drums. There first EP was titled Fly Swatter released in 1993 next came Buddah, Chesire Cat, Dude Ranch and then Enema of the State. Travis Barker formally with the Aquabats later replaced Scott. After selling over four million copies of Enema of the State, the trio released The Tom, Mark and Tavis Show in the fall of 2000. Take Off Your Pants and Jacket is their latest album which was released in 2001. Although he is best known for his work with Blink 182 he is quich to shoot down the tag of being stricktly a punk rock drummer.
