Formed in late 1998, the band first started off playing punk and old skool rock covers for school performances, under the moniker, 'Halogenosis'. Sik is the only surviving member eversince it started that year. Sik was playing the rhythm guitars at that time. The lead/rhythm guitarist left the band and Bones was brought in as a 2nd guitarist. Then we moved on to harder stuff like Papa Roach and KoRn. Spyrophobic was born.

There were a couple of changes in the line-up, and the then vocalist decided to play poser and said that nu metal was weak and he converted himself into a black metal poser. I'm not saying I hate black metal, but HE is a poser. Nevermind... So Bones was recruited as vocalist. So it was left with Bones and Sik. They decided to put the band on hold to stabilize the line-up.

In early 2002, they met up with Adam and auditioned him. He was exactly what they were looking for. The bassist then was Bones's schoolmate. In late 2002, he decided to play poser too and said he preferred playing melodic metal stuff like In Flames and Arch Enemy. So they were left without a bassist. They tried out 2-3 bassists before finally ending up with Bulk. Bulk was the driving force that woke everyone up and suggested that they get serious. And the rest, as they don't say, is Demolition.

So now here they are, getting serious about their music. Demolished has evolved to playing Metalcore and Heavy Metal music, with influences ranging from Hatebreed, Bleeding Through, Lamb Of God, Unearth, Avenged Sevenfold, Iron Maiden, Metallica (old), Chimaira, The Agony Scene, Arch Enemy and so on and so forth.
