| 1.1 All citizens have the right to freedom of speech and press - but are held responsible for what they say. 1.2 All citizens have the right to peacably assemble. 1.3 All citizens have the right to a fair trial. 1.4 All citizens have the right to private property. This property shall not be seized by the government without due process. 1.5 All citizens have the right to freedom of religion. 1.6 All citizens are responsible for their actions. |

| 2.1 The Chief Executive of the Nation is the Chairman. Election 2.2.1 The Chairman shall be elected by all citizens of the Nation every 4 months. 2.2.2 The Chairman shall be elected through plurality. 2.2.3 If a Chairman resigns before his term is through, an election shall be held as soon as possible. The next election shall be 4 months after this election. Scrutiny of Elections 2.3.1 The Chief Justice shall conduct and supervise the election. 2.3.2 All elections shall be conducted through secret ballot. 2.3.3 Full election results must be made public. Cabinet 2.4.1 The Chairman shall appoint a Cabinet with the approval of one third of voting MHs. 2.4.2 Members of the Cabinet shall be called Secretaries. 2.4.3 The Secretaries may conduct the affairs of their Department independently. 2.4.4 A Secretary shall remain in office until a new Secretary is chosen for that Department. 2.4.5 The Chairman may be the Secretary of only one Department. 2.4.6 Departments that must be occupied at all times are: Department of State, Department of Defense and Department of Justice. 2.4.7 All matters that are not the responsibility of any Department shall be delegated to the Chairman. Executive Orders 2.5.1 The Chairman and Secretaries shall issue executive orders as the means to conduct their affairs. |
| Powers 3.1.1 The Supreme Court may hear all cases within the Nation. 3.1.2 The Supreme Court may declare acts of the Cabinet Unconstitutional. Selection 3.2.1 Judges of the Supreme Court are appointed by the Chairman with the approval of one-third of voting MHs. 3.2.2 Judges may hold no other office within the Nation. Organization 3.3.1 There shall be three Judges. 3.3.2 The Chief Justice shall be a Judge elected by a majority of Judges. Decisions 3.4.1 All three Judges shall hear a case. 3.4.2 A majority of the Judges must come to the same decision. |

| 4.1.1 The House of Citizens shall exist to check the Executive in extreme cases. Powers 4.2.1 The House may repeal orders of the Chairman or any Secretary with a majority of three fourths of voting MHs. 4.2.2 The House must approve of all Secretarial and Justice appointments with a vote of one third in favor of the candidate. Members 4.3.1 All citizens of the Nation who are not the Chairman, a Secretary or a Justice may vote in the House of Citizens. 4.4.1 Citizens who may vote in the House of Citizens shall be called Member of the House or MH. Organization 4.5.1 Members of the House shall elect a Speaker of the House to organize and conduct the House's affairs. 4.5.2 There must be at least two MHs voting for the vote to be official. |
