| Patti A. Gross, CSW is a nationally known specialist in adoption. She works with families facing the unique challenges of raising children who have spent their pre-adoption lives in institutions and/or foster care. She understands the special challenges that families face dealing with their children in areas of learning, sensory integration and speech and language delay. Patti assists families in understanding the "normal" developmental paths of their children. Patti works with traditional and non-traditional families in developing their own unique paths as transracial and/or transcultural families. Patti Gross, CSW has been a featured expert on The Rosie O'Donnell Adoption Show. She is an Adjunct Associate Professor at New York University's Ehrenkranz School of Social Work and a consultant to nationally known adoption agencies. She has a private practice in New York City. Patti is an adoptive parent. |
