First you braid a cord the basic colour of your tail. measure around your waist from your knees to your ankles. I did mine to my ankles because I love the look of a long tail.
Get one of those big needles that you saw in the sewing thing, but never knew what the heck they were for. Well. I didn't. But get one of those big needles, there called like, yarn needles or something. I don't know, anyways.
Get thread the colour of the base, and double it. Cut pieces of Yarn from each colour about 3-4 inched depending on the length you want. i think longer ones look nicer. Anyways, on the needle, thread about 4 pieces of yarn, and sew it onto the tail. I started from the bottom of the tail, I think that's easier. Anyways, keep repeating until you have your tail! Make sure theres enough cord to tie around your waist. Pictures up soon!
